📄 Términos y Condiciones Generales de Publicación y Suscripción

1. Sobre la publicación de artículos:

• El envío de un artículo no garantiza su publicación. Todos los trabajos serán evaluados mediante dictamen editorial y revisión por pares, bajo criterios académicos, éticos y técnicos.

• Una vez aprobado, el artículo se publicará conforme a los tiempos y programación editorial vigentes.

• No se permitirá la publicación simultánea del mismo artículo en otras revistas durante el proceso de dictaminación.

• En caso de detectarse plagio, autoplagio o contenido duplicado, el artículo será rechazado de inmediato, sin derecho a reembolso, y se notificará a la institución del autor.

• Los artículos aceptados y publicados otorgan a la revista el derecho exclusivo de reproducción digital y difusión académica, sin límite de tiempo ni fronteras geográficas.

2. Declaración de Originalidad y Cesión de Derechos:

• Todos los autores deberán firmar y entregar el formato de Declaración de Originalidad y Cesión de Derechos antes de la publicación.

• El contenido del artículo debe ser íntegramente original, de autoría propia, y libre de infracción a derechos de terceros.

• Prácticas como clonación, copiado sin citación, “remix” de contenidos, reciclaje de textos previos o uso de fuentes sin elaboración crítica están estrictamente prohibidas.

3. Formato Editorial:

• El artículo debe ajustarse estrictamente al formato Word proporcionado por la revista. No se permitirá alteración del diseño, uso de hipervínculos, ni cambio de estilo o estructura.

• Una vez entregado el artículo final para publicación, cualquier modificación posterior, cambio en constancias, corrección de datos o solicitudes adicionales, implicará un cargo extra determinado por el comité editorial.

4. Revisión Antiplagio:

• Todos los artículos serán sometidos a un sistema de detección de similitud digital. Si se detecta un porcentaje superior al 20% de coincidencia con otras fuentes, el artículo podrá ser rechazado sin derecho a apelación.

💳 Lineamientos de Pago y Suscripción

5. Condiciones de Pago para Publicación:

• El pago por publicación deberá realizarse únicamente después de la aceptación del artículo.

• El comprobante de pago debe ser enviado por correo electrónico para validar el proceso de publicación.

• El autor/institución podrá revocar su consentimiento únicamente conforme al artículo 56 de la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, dentro de los 5 días hábiles posteriores al pago. Pasado ese plazo, no habrá reembolso bajo ninguna circunstancia.

6. Suscripción Institucional:

• Las instituciones interesadas en suscribirse anualmente deberán enviar el formato correspondiente firmado por su representante legal.

• La suscripción tendrá una vigencia de un año natural a partir de la fecha del primer pago.

• El costo de suscripción se mantendrá vigente por un año; al renovarse, se aplicarán las tarifas actualizadas.

• En caso de cancelación por parte de la institución, no se emitirán reembolsos, pero el pago podrá ser acreditado a futuras publicaciones o servicios editoriales.

• La suscripción incluye acceso a convocatorias, boletines, descuentos en publicación y materiales exclusivos.

7. Consideraciones administrativas:

• El proceso editorial y la publicación no se considerarán válidos hasta que el pago esté confirmado y validado por el área administrativa.

• Para pagos vía transferencia, es obligatorio incluir el nombre del autor o institución en el concepto de depósito.

• En caso de requerir comprobante fiscal (CFDI), este debe solicitarse al momento del pago, enviando datos fiscales completos. No se emitirán facturas de pagos antiguos.

• Pagos extemporáneos o incompletos podrían derivar en cancelación del proceso editorial o pérdida de lugar en el calendario de publicación.

8. Aceptación de Términos y Condiciones

• Al firmar la Declaración de Originalidad y Cesión de Derechos, los autores e instituciones aceptan de manera expresa y voluntaria los Términos y Condiciones aquí descritos, así como todas las políticas editoriales vigentes de la revista.

• Estos Términos y Condiciones también se encuentran disponibles para consulta permanente en el apartado correspondiente del sitio web oficial de la revista. Su aceptación es requisito indispensable para la publicación de cualquier artículo o para la formalización de la suscripción institucional.

• Cualquier situación no contemplada en el presente documento será resuelta por el Comité Editorial, cuyas decisiones serán definitivas.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

 📄General Terms and Conditions of Publication and Subscription
1. Regarding the publication of articles:

The submission of an article does not guarantee its publication. All works will be evaluated through editorial opinion and peer review, based on academic, ethical, and technical criteria.

Once approved, the article will be published according to the current editorial schedule and timeline.

Simultaneous publication of the same article in other journals will not be permitted during the review process.

If plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or duplicate content is detected, the article will be immediately rejected without reimbursement, and the author's institution will be notified.

Accepted and published articles grant the journal the exclusive right to digital reproduction and academic dissemination, without time or geographical limits.

2. Declaration of Originality and Assignment of Rights:

All authors must sign and submit the Declaration of Originality and Assignment of Rights form before publication.

The article's content must be entirely original, of the author's own authorship, and free from infringement of third-party rights.

Practices such as cloning, copying without citation, remixing content, recycling previous texts, or using sources without critical elaboration are strictly prohibited.

3. Editorial Format:

The article must strictly adhere to the Word format provided by the journal. Alterations to the design, use of hyperlinks, or changes to style or structure will not be permitted.

Once the final article has been submitted for publication, any subsequent modifications, changes to records, data corrections, or additional requests will incur an additional charge determined by the editorial committee.

4. Anti-Plagiarism Review:

All articles will be subject to a digital similarity detection system. If a percentage greater than 20% similarity with other sources is detected, the article may be rejected without appeal.

💳 Payment and Subscription Guidelines
5. Payment Conditions for Publication:

Payment for publication must be made only after acceptance of the article.

Proof of payment must be sent by email to validate the publication process.

The author/institution may revoke their consent only in accordance with Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, within 5 business days of payment. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Institutional Subscription:

Institutions interested in subscribing annually must submit the corresponding form signed by their legal representative.

The subscription will be valid for one calendar year from the date of the first payment.

The subscription cost will remain valid for one year; upon renewal, the updated rates will apply.

In the event of cancellation by the institution, no refunds will be issued, but the payment may be credited to future publications or editorial services.

Subscription includes access to calls for papers, newsletters, publication discounts, and exclusive materials.

7. Administrative Considerations:

The editorial process and publication will not be considered valid until payment is confirmed and validated by the administrative department.

For bank transfer payments, it is mandatory to include the name of the author or institution in the deposit statement.

If a tax receipt (CFDI) is required, it must be requested at the time of payment, sending complete tax information. Invoices for past payments will not be issued.

Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the editorial process or loss of a place on the publication schedule.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By signing the Declaration of Originality and Assignment of Rights, the authors and institutions expressly and voluntarily accept the Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as all current editorial policies of the journal.

These Terms and Conditions are also available for permanent consultation in the corresponding section of the journal's official website. Your acceptance is an essential requirement for the publication of any article or for the formalization of an institutional subscription.
